Here are some very nice sketches of crinoid stems by Ron Fine, Dry Dredgers member. Some are unidentified. They are from the Cincinnatian Series formations from around Cincinnati, Ohio. Most are from Ceasar Creek, which would make them Waynesville or Liberty formation. Some, however, may be Latonia or McMillan formation.
